2021 Survey Results

Another year and another customer satisfaction survey that has yielded excellent results.

  • 100% of survey respondents rated our overall performance and their customer service experience as either ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good.’
  • 90% of respondents felt that our ability to return results within agreed contractural agreements is either ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good.’
  • 100% of respondents rated the knowledge, efficiency and effectiveness of our technical team as ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good.’
  • 100% of respondents rated the service levels provided by our administration teams as ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good.’

These results confirm that despite the challenging times that every business is enduring, we, as a consultancy are continuing to meet customer expectations. We have provided results quickly and efficiently, whilst providing needed technical advice. We have supported many projects throughout the past twelve months and helped hundreds of clients to meet their objectives.

Scientific Services Values Customer Feedback

Scientific Services places great emphasis on the importance of customer feedback. It informs our continual improvement processes. We seek reviews from customers following completion of every asbestos survey and asbestos removal project. To further support this, we also annually complete a formal customer satisfaction survey.

We send a copy of the survey to all customers that have utilised any of our asbestos and Legionella management services within the last twelve months. This exercise provides useful data that can help to shape the management and delivery of our services. It also enables us to meet a requirement of our UKAS accreditation.

Planned Improvements to Asbestos Testing Services

The comments provided by our clients included some suggested measures that could further improve the services that we deliver. In response to this insightful information, we are making changes.

Over forthcoming weeks, our clients can expect increased communications from our asbestos testing laboratory. We will be ensuring that they are informed about the exact stage that their samples are at within the sample receipt and booking in stage of our bulk analysis procedure. This will help to ensure that our analytical team have the information required to effectively process samples more quickly and assist our clients in managing their workflows.
