Once we have identified the risks, we will look at each one in detail. Then we provide tailored recommendations to minimise each risk. You may need some modifications to the system design or the temperature may need adjusting. We could advise you to flush and clean elements of your system on a regular basis. It is highly likely you will need to implement on-going monitoring.
You will receive a digital copy of your risk assessment by email.

Our consultants are all supported by our MD, Dr Tim Hamilton. He has a PhD in Microbiology and over eighteen years experience in delivering Legionella consultancy and testing services. If your site requires a second opinion or extra support this experience is useful. It ensures that we provide the most appropriate recommendations.
We have a multi-skilled team of consultants throughout the South West and a management team ready to assess your individual site. We are well placed to be able to attend site quickly and at a time convenient for you.
The time needed on site depends on the size of your building. Your quotation will confirm clear time frames that our team will carefully manage.
We have outlined an example project plan for a typical GP surgery below.
Day 1 - Our consultant will spend half a day at your site for the practical assessment.
Day 2 - Our consultant will write your report and arrange for the production of any required CAD drawings.
Day 3 - Our consultant will finalise your report. Then, following a quality check, we will email your risk assessment and make it available on your customer portal.
Every site is unique in size, location and, therefore, requirements. As a result each building will need a different number of man hours on site.
Our MD, Dr Tim Hamilton will discuss you site with you in great detail. This ensures that we provide an accurate, fixed cost quotation.
